To move TValue to another machine, firstly you will have to export or save the content. To do this, use the software's functions to export it. For example, go to File > Export or File > Save as.
Save the content to another destination and then visit the official website listed below to download the software (requires a current license to access the installation file). Once the software has been downloaded and installed, reverse the process above and use Import then locate the content you have saved.
There is no information on the developer webpage that can assure you that TValue works with Mac OS. Also, there is no Mac version for download on the download page. I suggest you send an email to the developer, because it is the safest way to know for sure if this application has a Mac OS version.
